GSD Students Awarded First Prize in “Network Reset: Rethinking the Chicago Emerald Necklace” Competition

Network Reset is an international design competition sponsored by the Chicago Architectural Club and MAS Studio. A GSD student team won first prize for their entry, “Chicago Constellation.”
The GSD team consisted of Fadi Masoud (MLA II, ‘12), Conor O’Shea (MLA II, ‘12), and Kees Lokman (MDesS–Urbanism, Landscape, Ecology, ‘12).
A second GSD team (Jennifer Birkeland, Nancy Kim, and Kerry Rutz) also received an honorable mention for their entry, “The Emerald Necklace Scenic Circuit.”
