CROSS-REGISTRATION
GSD students may cross-register in courses at Harvard schools, MIT, or the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts.
Students can cross-register up to ½ of course load in any term.
Students can take a maximum of 8 units at Harvard College and/or Summer School to be applied toward their GSD degree.
Please note that these courses should not normally be subjects offered by the GSD.
You can obtain a petition from the university-wide cross-registration website or at the GSD Office of Student Services (room 422). The petition must be completed by the student, signed by the course instructor, and delivered to the registrar’s office of the other school.
