DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE FACULTY DESIGN AWARD
This award is granted by the recommendation of the Architecture faculty and awarded to one student in both the MArch I and MArch II programs. The award is given in recognition of significant achievement throughout the relevant program's design sequence. The recipients of this award will have the opportunity to exhibit their work in the GSD gallery during the following fall semester.
Eligibility is limited to a student in their graduating year. For the MArch I students the submitted portfolio should contain a record of their first six semesters of design work completed at the GSD (for AP students, four semesters). For MArch II students, their first two semesters of work are eligible.
Deadline for portfolio and application submissions: May 19th, 2008
The award will be announced at the GSD graduation ceremony on June 5, 2008.
*Submission of one portfolio is acceptable for both the Faculty Design Award and the Appleton Traveling Fellowship if the requirements for both are satisfied.
