Requirements for Admission
Applicants must have completed at least a four-year bachelor of arts or bachelor of science degree; a professional degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or urban planning; or, for foreign students, the equivalent of one of the foregoing. Applicants must show evidence of distinguished academic work in their fields or in closely related fields, or distinguished work in the intended area of concentration, at the bachelor's or master's level.
Because the Program is jointly administered by the School of Design (GSD) and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS), applicants should indicate their major subject of interest and the FAS department in which they will carry out their minor discipline. The interfaculty nature of the Program is one of its salient features.
