International applicants to a Master's program are eligible to be considered for one or more of the following types of assistance:
GSD Grant
We have recently added a grant program for incoming international students. The application will be available on this webpage in the fall of 2008. The deadline to submit your application is February 6, 2009.
Restricted Scholarships
The Harvard University Committee on General Scholarships administers various university-wide grant funds. Please review the process for applying for these awards.
Employment
Students who choose to work during school to earn money for living expenses, but have trouble finding work opportunities, may apply for the International Employment Award once they begin their first semester.
Loans
Education loans are available for international students to borrow to help with expenses. Because it does not require a cosigner or established credit history, our most commonly used private loan is through Citibank. Review the Citibank Loan page for additional information.
