International Students & Financial Aid
All students who are applying for any Master's program and are international students are eligible to be considered for one or more of the following:
- Restricted Scholarships offered through the Committee on General Scholarships
- GSD Grants for international students
- Citibank Loan Program
- International
Employment Award
GSD grant funds and federal awards are only available to US citizens
and permanent residents. Students applying to the DDes
program should review the aid information specific to that program.
As part of the I-20 application process required of all internationals, students must provide documentation that they will be able to pay for the total amount of the student budget. It is therefore understood that international students are able to suport themselves for the duration of their academic study when they accept an offer of admission.
All international students are encouraged to contact the Harvard University International Office. Although they do not offer any financial assistance, they offer a variety of other helpful information.
