Jennifer Lee, AIA, LEED AP holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from Princeton University and a Master of Architecture degree, with Distinction, from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where she was also awarded the AIA Certificate of Merit. At Harvard she was a member of the Harvard Project on the City research group led by Rem Koolhaas. Portions of the project, Roman Operating System_2000 were included in the `Mutations' show focusing on emerging models of urbanism at the Arc en Reve Centre d' Architecture in Bordeux, France. Jennifer has taught at the Wentworth Institute of Technology, Northeastern University and Harvard College. She co-led an Urban Design option studio at the GSD with Alex Krieger in 2006. In addition to teaching, Jennifer maintains a critical research and design practice in Boston. Recent collaborations with P. Heyda of pH1 in St. Louis received recognition from the AIA Chapter of St. Louis this year. Her professional experience includes work with Diller + Scofidio and Agrest & Gandelsonas, both in New York. Previously, Jennifer was an Associate with Chan Krieger Sieniewicz, in Cambridge, MA, where she led the final production of the Anacostia Waterfont Framework Plan in Washington, D.C., a recipient of the AIA Honor Award for Regional and Urban Design in 2005. She also served as the Design Leader for the recently completed Yawkey Distribution Center for the Greater Boston Food Bank. Jennifer is an active member of the Boston Society of Architects' most recently serving as a founding member of the BSA's Asian American Design Forum and coordinator of the organization's first design exhibition at the Massachusetts State House.
