Richard A. Dimino serves as the President and CEO of the Artery Business Committee (ABC), a group involved with the oversight and development of the nation's largest infrastructure project, The Central Artery /Tunnel Project. A former Commissioner of BostonTransportation, Mr. Dimino currently serves on the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committee, is chairman of the Boston Harbor Association's Harbor Use Committee, and is President othe Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC). He also acts as a Special Advisor to the Development Department, City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Northeastern Universty and MBA recipient from Boston University, Mr. Dimino completed a Loeb Fellowship at the GSD, focusing on urban policy and design, transportation planning, architecture, and economics. In addition to being a lecturer and studio critic at the GSD, he has been an adjunct professor at Boston Univesity, where he sits on the Metropolitan College Urban Planning Advisory Board.
