Real Estate Finance and Development

This course employs a case method study of private sector real estate, with quantitative and financial emphasis. Analysis and class discussion of case studies introduce students to financial analysis in real estate development, to the development process, and to the various land uses. Prior or supplementary study of microeconomics or accounting is useful. Non-GSD students, those in business, law, and public administration are encouraged to participate.Prerequisites: Graduate standing.
