Description:
The workshop objective is to generate “critical” posters understanding the power of the image to consolidate and communicate theoretical ideas. We will study historic architecture illustrations, publicity, street and artistic expressions, and certain transmissions of utopia models, understanding the denouncing properties of the format, its graphics, and the intended formulation and enunciation of ideas. We will also analyze the perversity of some images and their tricky use. There will be teams of 2 students: one “writer” and one “designer”. They will have to generate the image and a brief text describing their thesis.
