Mexican Cities Initiative: 2016 Summer Research Fellowship Program Presentation

The Mexican Cities Initiative Summer Research Fellowship has been established to fund innovative research on Mexico’s cities, open to all current GSD students and their collaborators. We solicit projects that offer new ways of envisioning Mexican cities and the role of humanist, design-based research in urban transformation, to research and communicate risk and resilience through the lens of everyday urbanism.

The 2016 Summer Research Fellows will present their findings from the field alongside guest critics Jose Castillo (Principal, a | 911), Benjamin Romano (Architect, LBR&A Arquitectos), Belinda Tato (Co-founder, ecosistema urbano), and Carlos Zedillo (Head of the Research Center for Sustainable Development, INFONAVIT).
