Event Description
Carl Steinitz will talk about his book A Framework for Geodesign and highlight several “ways of designing” by collaborative teams for large areas. An application of the framework will be illustrated by a recent three day workshop in Japan that focused on the future of Soma City, the nearest city north of Fukushima which was severely damaged by the tsunami and also has radiation issues.
