TUESDAY, May 28, 2013

Pick up tickets!

2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Starting at 2:00 pm, tickets will be available for pick up in Student Services. If you have any type of hold on your account (including completing the Graduating Student Survey), you will not be eligible to pick up tickets. We will have laptops available to fill out the survey.

Tickets will be available for pick up Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You can also pick up your tickets at the reception on Wednesday night and Thursday morning starting at 7:00 a.m.

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm in Piper Auditorium. Grads, families, friends and invited guests are welcomed.
Brief remarks by Ron Ostberg, Outgoing Chair of the Alumni Council

Class photographs will be held in Piper followed by a rehearsal of the GSD ceremony in the studio trays. Schedule as follows:
    2:15 p.m.          Architecture
    3:00 p.m.          Landscape Architecture
    3:30 p.m.          Urban Planning and Design
    4:00 p.m.          Master in Design Studies/Doctor of Design

Reception honoring the Class of 2013
Gund Hall Porticos, porch and lobby. Graduating students, their families and friends, faculty and staff, alumni and guests are invited. Dress: Business Casual
5:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.

Harvard-wide ceremony on Yard starting at 9:45am
(2 guest tickets per graduate)
GSD diploma ceremony approximately starting at 12:15pm
(3 guest tickets per graduate)
Lunch for GSD graduates and family/friends
(tickets required – will be made available)
Harvard Alumni Association meeting starting at 2:30
(tickets required)
