Presentation Services For Events

Presentations Services (i.e. audio and visual support) will be provided for events that are approved and/or planned by the GSD Events Office. Other GSD events may be eligible for Presentation Services support but will be subject to fees to cover the cost of labor provided, to be determined according to the nature of the event.  All inquiries should be made to the Presentation Services Manager by email presentationservices@gsd.harvard.edu or phone 617-496-3810.

Presentation Services for Classrooms

Support for classroom technology is handled promptly by the GSD Help Desk.  Please request assistance in room 520 or by phone (617-496-3810).  Professors who wish to video record their class lectures should identify a Teaching Assistant to be trained by Presentations Services.  Equipment, training and support will be provided for designated Teaching Assistants and recorded content will be stored in the course isite. 

Advanced Classroom Technology will be evaluated during AY 2012-2013 for future consideration.

Self-service options exist for student groups and small gatherings both in Piper and throughout the GSD Campus, please inquire with Presentation Services for details.
