MBTA Semester Pass Program

The MBTA semester pass program offers students at participating institutions the ability to purchase a semester's worth of passes (February – May) in advance at an 11% discount. In order to participate in the program a completed order form with payment must be submitted to Student Services, Room 422, by 5 P.M. on Friday, January 4. Only checks or money orders made payable to Harvard University will be accepted.

Please note, Link and Bus passes will be distributed as Charlie Cards that will be valid for the entire spring semester (February – May). All other passes will be distributed on a monthly basis through the Student Services Office. An email notification will be sent to participants when passes are available.

Orders will not be processed without payment and there are no cancellations or refunds after the January 4th deadline.

Late Night Van Service

The Harvard Evening Van Service (617-495-0400) runs from 7 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. seven days a week.  Last call is at 2:30 a.m. -  although it is recommend that you call earlier because there may be a high volume of callers.  Pick-up location for GSD students is located at the turnaround across from the Gund Hall Quincy Street entrance. If it will be more than 15-20 minutes late, the driver will call you as he/she gets close to the GSD.
