How to Plot
1. Navigate to the web address http://plot.design.harvard.edu
2. Login using your GSD username and password.
3. Add the file you whish to plot (you can select multiple files in the Add dialog box).
The following formats are supported for web plotting:
PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF, DWF
4. Select which plotter to plot from by choosing its queue
[Tip: Each plotter has two queues, one
for semi-gloss and one for bond].
The plotters are distributed throughout the trays so you can
choose a plotter in your vicinity. Here you will also find options like scaling, rotate and number
of copies.
5. Click on the Magnifying Glass for a print preview. 
The image you see in print preview is the best indication of the output you will find on your plot.
6. Behind the "Job Editor" tab is the Transmittal Sheet. Populating the transmittal sheet is not required but we recommend filling out your name & email address and selecting
the following Notify Options:
- Notify On Receipt
- Notify On Print
- Notify On Error
7. Next, click on the green button (with the white arrow) to submit your job(s) for plotting.

When the job is submitted the system will return to the initial screen with the message, “No File Selected”.
8. Click the Job Monitor button located at the top right part of the webpage.

- On the jobs tab, you can monitor the status of any jobs you’ve submitted over the past few hours.
- On the Printers/Queues tab, you can monitor the status of a particular plotter.
