My Word doc is read-only. How do I get access to it?

Close the document. Out in the file explorer, right click the document and select Properties. Uncheck the Read-only box.

In Word, if I go to File, Send To, Mail Recipient, it will only use Microsoft Exchange. Id like to use Netscape, as that is my normal mail client.

In Netscape, go to Edit, Preferences, Mail & Newsgroups, and check the box marked Enable Mapi for Netscape.
