Enrollment Certifications
Letters of Enrollment Certification are available free of charge to current and former students. Standard enrollment certifications contain the student's name, degree program, dates of attendance, and date of degree either expected or awarded. Students may also request that the letter contain information on tuition and fees for the academic year, or full-time or part time enrollment status.
You can download the Enrollment Certification Request Form or pick one up at Student Services, Gund 422, 4th Floor.
The completed form may be mailed or faxed (617-495-8949) to the Office of Student Services and the student's signature must be on the form. If there are any specific instructions that you would like to communicate to the Office of Registrar about the preparation of either document, you may contact us at 617-496-1237.
