Bernardo Maldonado (MAUD '08) appointed senior project manager for Arboleda Development in San Pedro, Mexico

Bernardo Maldonado (MAUD '08) is the Senior Project Manager for a ONE Development Group, a real estate development company based in his hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. He is currently working on a $500 Million mixed used project called Arboleda on a 10 hectare site in the center of San Pedro. This is a project that will change the city's face and character. Pelli Clarke Pelli and James Burnett designed the master plan and projects for phase one.

ONE Development Group is also launching a local competition for architects under 40.
