Hugo Van Vuuren (MDesS) is helping innovative designers become entrepreneurs. Global venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates has launched NEA Studio for designers founding mobile and web start-ups in NY. Designer-founders who are ready to take their project to company within 3 months will work alongside NEA investors and experts from the start-up, NEA and design communities, like Van Vuuren. In addition to getting advice they will share workspace in the NEA studio located at work—bench cooperative and will receive a stipend and networking help.
