Loeb Fellowship: Archive

Betsy Otto (LF '07) recently joined the Markets and Enterprise Program at the World Resources Institute, a global environmental think tank in Washington, DC. She is directing WRI’s Aqueduct project, a global water risk assessment and mapping tool to inform private and public sector investment and water management decisions. The Aqueduct project team engages business, NGOs and governments for positive change in managing water resources worldwide.

“The Garden in the Machine,” a collaborative project by an interdisciplinary team led by Jeanne Gang (MArch '93) which includes Roberta M. Feldman, Theaster Gates (Loeb Fellow '11), Greg Lindsay, Kate Orff (MLA '97), and Rafi Segal (Design Critic in Urban Planning and Design), will be on display at The Foreclosed: Rehousing the American Dream exhibition to open at the Museum of Modern Art on February 15, 2012. The project proposes a new plan for transforming Cicero, a former factory town outside Chicago, and reimagines the remains of the suburb's industry to transform it into an "arrival city."
