I'm intrigued with your journey to redefine access through means other than rules and more rules! I've often thought that so-called "universal design" was a good start -- a concept wherein success often thrives when starting from scratch, not from modifying existing (and challenging) concepts which are irritatingly costly. When the day is done, people wish we'd go away. Really like to hear more about where you're headed! -Louise
