Loeb Fellow Andrew Lemer

Andy Lemer researches, theorizes, and writes about the role, significance, and history of the infrastructure that supports our civilization; and works on planning and management of urbanization, economic development, and infrastructure systems. In his consulting practice and at the National Academies, he works primarily with top management of development firms and government agencies such as state departments of transportation and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, on matters of regional and national policy and system management.
