Has served as a member of the International Design Committee of the London Development Agency, chaired by Richard Rogers; as a member of Design for London, a committee formed by the Mayor of London to support excellence in design and the delivery of well-designed projects across the city; and as a member of the Design Advisory Board to the British Council.

Since 2005, she has been a member of the Steering Committee for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture.

In 2009 she joined the Board of Trustees of the Whitechapel Gallery as well as the Board of Trustees of the Architecutre Foundation in London.
