Teran Evans earned his M. Arch with advanced placement from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, where his thesis was nominated for the prestigious James Templeton Kelly Thesis Prize. He holds a cum laude B.S. in architecture from the University of Florida as well as an A.A. degree in classical instrumental performance and theory. He has worked in Europe, Asia, and the US for many prominent architects including Rem Koolhaas and David Rockwell.
Always interested in the intersection of design and popular culture, Teran is a founding partner of DIOSCURI, a product design company whose design offerings have been featured on multiple media outlets, such as MTV, Fox’s American Idol, and The Oprah Winfrey Show. He has also appeared on several television networks, including HGTVs Design Star, Fox’s Good Day New York, and has recently appeared several times as a design expert on the Rachael Ray Show.
His has been featured in several media publications including O The Oprah Magazine, New York Magazine, The New York Times, Black Enterprise, Time Magazine, and The New York Daily News, among others.
