Teresa Brice is an Arizona native with a respected 30-year track record in the field of community development and affordable housing.  She began her career in community advocacy as an attorney for Community Legal Services.  She went on to establish a non-profit affordable housing CDC in Mesa where she spent 17 years. 

After her Loeb Fellowship in 2005-06 she returned to Arizona to become the executive director of LISC Phoenix, where she emphasizes smart growth principles in promoting the development of sustainable communities in Arizona.Brice at LISC 30th Anniversary
