Artists for Humanity, South Boston
Chelsea Garunay, MArch I 2012 worked with the 3d design studio at Artists for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that brings high school students together with professional artists and designers to design, produce, and sell creative products. In the various studios, youth and mentors work together on art projects, many commissioned by Boston's largest firms and organizations. Throughout the process, the artist apprentices cultivate appropriate business and job skills while developing their own artistic means of expression.
Chelsea's experiece was funded by the GSD’s Community Service Fellowship Program.
