The Graduate School of Design and the Canadian Center for Architecture jointly sponsor the editorship of the Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians [JSAH].  It is the preeminent American scholarly journal of architectural history. Published quarterly (in March, June, September, December) by the Society of Architectural Historians, the Journal contains refereed articles that span a broad field of historical research and engage a wide range of historical questions regarding the production, theory, and practice of architecture, as well as book and exhibition reviews.

The Editor of JSAH  (1997-2000) is Eve Blau.  Her editorial in the June 1997 edition gives the history and mission of the Journal.
