Guy Perry is a former senior vice president at TrizecHahn and project manager for Kajima Corporation. In 2000, he founded INVI, a development strategy and design services company. INVI is overseeing several of Central Europe’s largest developments, including new communities in Warsaw, Prague, Kiev and Belgrade. INVI is also working the French cities of Cannes and Bandol to redevelop prime coastal locations.

Guy Perry has presented sustainable development and design strategies at a variety of forums, including the United Nations, the Urban Land Institute, the Bauhaus and the University of Belgrade. He was senior coordinator of the Smithsonian Institution’s first Emmy Award documentary: Dream Window – Reflections on the Japanese Garden. Over the past four years, Guy has secured funding for GSD studios in Belgium, France and Poland.
