Richard
Barrett is director and founding shareholder of Treasury Holdings, Ltd.,
an Irish based development and investment company. Treasury Holdings controls
over 20 million square feet of properties worth over $2 billion in Ireland,
the UK, Spain and China. The company also acts as a holding company for
investments in:
• Renewable Energy – It is the leading
developer of wind energy in Ireland and a 50% owner of Codling Bank Wind
(www.codlingpark.ie), the world’s largest offshore wind farm prospect.
• Environmental Waste Management – Treasury Holdings
Ltd. owns Herhof, the leading edge German-based supplier of sustainable
waste plants, with operating plants in Frankfurt, Asslar, Renerod, and
Venice. Additional plants are in the final tender stage in Lancashire
and for the Athens Olympic Games. By mid-2005, 1.2 million tons will be
treated annually at Herhof plants.
• Forests – Treasury Holdings Ltd. is involved in
the ownership of over 10,000 acres of Irish forest.
Mr. Barrett is on the board of directors of numerous
privately held and public companies.
