| RAY S. FARRIS III, M.DesS (Harvard), MffArch. (University of Colorado), B.F.A. (University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill) Ray S. Farris III is a founding member of Tuscan Development (www.tuscandevelopment.com) since 1995. Farris is responsible for overseeing all firm finance and procedure as well as the project’s design, implementation and management. He has placed over $200 million in retail, office and residential development. He has written the financial strategies for the $42 million H.U.D. Hope VI Earle Village Redevelopment Charlotte, N.C. and participated in over 2 million square feet of health care, office facility, retail and housing design. He participates in international events and is particularly interested onally on issues related to urban re-development – specifically engaging Edge Conditions and the exploitation of land/price as opportunity for Public change. He has written articles such as: “Deal-making
& Information Dominance: Strategic Advantage of The Intelligence Community
in the Economic Sphere, (1997) and “Earle Village Exercising Leadership
Mobilizing Group Resources” (1997). He contributes and participates
