In recognizing a need for wellness that transcends mind and body, the GSD provides a variety of healthy activities—all free of charge!

Yoga GSD offers yoga sessions twice each week, open to students of all levels. They provide a meditative environment for focus, strengthening and healing.

Pop-up Massages happen sporadically throughout the academic year. Don’t be surprised when a Student-Announce email comes through announcing pop-up chair massages and even Reiki sessions.
