![]() At $5,000.00, the Spartan Manor was more expensive than the Levittown Houses whose prices included the land that they sat on. The Spartan Manor was aimed at mobility not affordability. The Spartan is also a marker for the large number of private war time industries that tried to make the transition to a peace time economy.
