GSD students selected by Berkman Center as DPSI Pioneers

GSD students Wendy Fok (DDes ’16), Daniel Koff (MDes ’15), Chris Molinski (MDes ’14), Courtnay Saunders (MDes ’14), Tara Tan (MDes ’14), and Halley Wuertz (MArch ‘13) have been selected as inaugural members of the Harvard Digital Problem-Solving Initiative (DPSI) by the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School.

The Digital Problem-Solving Initiative is a groundbreaking Harvard-wide pilot project that aims to bring together students, faculty, university officials, fellows and staff to work in teams on practicable and concrete digital problems.

Members of DPSI will develop “big data” analysis tools, develop shared practices for innovation labs, develop the digital identity of the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching, and program digital activity for a new digital space in the Harvard Art Museums with Jeffrey Schnapp, Affiliated Professor to the Department of Architecture and Professor of Romance Languages & Literature, and Director of metaLAB, and Matthew Battles, Principal/Associate Director of metaLAB.
