Material Processes and Systems Group students exhibit at 2016 Cevisama

The annual Cevisama fair is the largest exhibition of ceramics and terracotta in the world, and this year a team of students from the Harvard Graduate School of Design’s Material Processes and Systems Group (MaP+S) are presenting what Architect’s Newspaper called “one of the most advanced and exciting projects in the entire fair.”

Mehrotra curates The State of Architecture: Practices & Processes in India at Mumbais National Gallery of Modern Art

Rahul Mehrotra, professor of urban design and planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, has curated this spring’s “The State of Architecture: Practices & Processes in India” exhibition at Mumbai’s National Gallery of Modern Art. The exhibition opened on January 6 and runs until March 20. It marks the first large-scale exhibition on architecture in India in over two decades.

Jung Hyun Woo (MDes 16) published in New York Daily News

Harvard Graduate School of Design student Jung Hyun Woo (MDes ’16) coauthored a Sunday, January 10 opinion-editorial piece for the New York Daily News, proposing that New York’s Broadway avenue should be transformed into a vibrant, linear, pedestrian thoroughfare—a ground-level park integrated with the life of the city.
