Interactive Spaces
This course provides the framework for the design of spatial interactivity.By rethinking the relationships between narration, information and space, the course investigates the potential of interactive digital models and spaces as end products. The course covers a series of instrumental topics including modeling strategies for VR, animations and interactivity. The course also critically assesses existing 3D multi-user environments and technologies. Students use the tools acquired in the course to work on a final collaborative project.Prerequisite: GSD2107 or permission of instructor.Course objectives: Providing the students with the conceptual and technical background to design interactive spaces.Course format: Seminar/project workshop
