Harvard MDes Real Estate Conference: The Complexities of Mixed-Use
The Third Annual Harvard GSD MDes Real Estate and the Built Environment Conference will critically examine the current real estate industry’s approaches and strategies to integrated mixed-use real estate development, design, and finance in the current wave of re-urbanization patterns in metropolitan regions.
Learn from a consortium of distinguished speakers of Boston Global Investors and Clarion Partners about strategies to navigate the complexities inherent in financial structures, physical implementations, ownership and operation of mixed-use developments.
Harvard Professor Bing Wang and Don Conover of Conover & Associates will lead and moderate the discussions addressing topics that will highlight innovative strategies for mixed-use developments including:
· Underlying complexity of mixed-use financing and ownership structures
· Potential resiliency of mixed-use development reflected through physical design strategies
· Contextual and development opportunities for synergic mixed-use program composition, and
· Strategic operations of scale in mixed-use developments
