Lecture by George Baird: “A New Interpretation of the Architecture of Public Space”
George Baird, Emeritus Professor at the John H. Daniels School of Architecture in Toronto, was recently awarded the 2012 AIA/ACSA Topaz Medallion for Excellence in Architectural Education. He was a professor at the GSD from 1993 to 2004. He will give a brief lunch time talk about his recent book, Public Space: Cultural/Political Theory; Street Photography.
