“Unsolicited Landscapes” – Luis Callejas
Luis Callejas will present a series of projects in Colombia that started based on initiatives of public buildings and derived into unsolicited landscape operations.
These projects ultimately seek to produce new forms of public space supported by architecture commissions that were not really asking for it in the first place.
The conversation to follow will aim to test the appropriation of the term “landscapes” to describe these projects against what could be described as architecture with a focus on live matter as design medium.
