Justin Chapman

Justin Chapman is a Senior Development Executive for The Integral Group, where he is responsible for the full range of development activities from strategy and acquisition through operations and divestment on mixed use projects in the Atlanta, GA. region. He holds a BA in Fine Art from Ithaca College, a Masters in Urban Planning from Georgia Tech, and a MDES in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Since 2008, he has engaged in the planning and implementation of over 1.6 million square feet of built projects across multiple asset types nationally. Mr. Chapman is active within the Urban Land Institute’s Public Private Partnership Product Council, the American Institute of Architect’s Finance Committee, and Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board. He is also a member emeritus of the GSD Alumni Council. As a creative, he has been engaged in electronic music production for over 25 years and has toured the world extensively in sharing his music.
