Justin Chapman

Lecturer in Real Estate

Justin is a Senior Development Executive for The Integral Group, where he is responsible for the full range of development activities within the company’s 2.5 million SF portfolio of mixed-use projects in the Atlanta, GA. region. He holds a BA in Fine Art from Ithaca College, a Masters in Urban Planning from Georgia Tech, and a MDES in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Justin’s urban development impact includes activity across a mix of uses including office, multifamily, university, retail, and sports asset types nationally. Justin is passionate about the role planning and development can play as a positive change agent for cities and institutions – believing that quality design should be accessible and central in shaping life experiences across socio economic levels.

Justin is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Global Governing Trustees and Public Private Partnership Product Council. He is active within the University as a Lecturer in the Master in Real Estate program at the Graduate School of Design, and as a member of the  Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board. He is also a member emeritus of the AIA Board of Directors, AIA Finance Committee, and Harvard GSD Alumni Council. As a creative, Justin has been engaged in electronic music production for over 25 years and has toured the world extensively in sharing his music. Justin currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Randi, and son Brook.
