by Frankie Au (MArch ’15) and Patrick Herron (MArch ’15)

Food is not just about consumption, its also defined by the social experience which has become increasingly extreme over time.

While an alternate trend of food solely for nutritious efficiency has also occurred.

Our models of food consumption and experience of them would be redefined.

A prototype of this new type of food experience was created at the GSD in December 2014.
