On Thursday, August 29, during Orientation Week, the Alumni Council hosted a reception for new students to the GSD. With the threat of rain overhead, students and alumni gathered under the eaves of Gund Hall. Alumni Council member and Student Relations Committee Chair Jennifer Luce (MDesS ’94) welcomed the crowd, with fellow members Mark Favermann (MCRP ’78), Bill Hammer (MAUD ’68) and a number of Boston Recent Grads.
