Richard Peiser, Michael D. Spear Professor of Real Estate Development, and David Hamilton receive the Silver Award for best real estate book of the year by the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) for Professional Real Estate Development: The ULI Guide to the Business, 3rd Edition. The award covers all books on real estate published during the calendar year of 2012. The award is named for the late Bob Bruss, syndicated real estate columnist and longtime NAREE leader. Books focusing on the broad field of real estate including mortgage finance, development, home buying and selling, the business of real estate, government housing policy, green building, urban design, investing, architecture, and construction are eligible for the award.
