Eve Blau, Adjunct Professor of the History of Urban Form lectured at Norsk Form, the Foundation for Design and Architecture in Norway, on October 17. Professor Blau’s lecture, titled Baku: Oil and Urbanism, was part of the conference Architecture and Urban Development in the Oil Age, at DogA, in Oslo.
