Natalia Gaerlan (UPD 14) featured on The Global Urbanist about natural disaster resilience in Thailand

Natalia Gaerlan visits a poor community in northern-central Thailand that has taught itself resilience in the face of recurring flooding, in part thanks to involvement in the country’s very successful Baan Mankong community empowerment program. Natalia wrote about the community, which experiences flooding about every five years, in her article on The Global Urbanist. Read Natalia’s full article.
