“After The Last River”: Documentary Film Screening and Conversation with Director Victoria Lean and Producer Jade Blair

In the shadow of a De Beers mine, the remote community of Attawapiskat lurches from crisis to crisis, as their homeland transforms into a modern frontier. Filmed over five years, this feature length film follows the First Nation’s journey from relative obscurity and into the international spotlight.
