Alimentary Design Lecture: “Eating in the Anthropocene”

Zack and Cat of the Center for Genomic Gastronomy will present research and creative work completed in Asia, Europe and North America about the organisms and environments manipulated by human food cultures. Project highlights include Glowing Sushi, Smog Tasting, the DeExtinction Deli and the Spice Mix Super Computer. 

In conjunction with the studio “Alimentary Design,” taught by Shohei Shigematsu and Christy Cheng.
