Conservation of Older Buildings Lecture: William Rose

William B. Rose MArch ’84 is the senior research architect in the Indoor Climate Research & Training (ICRT) program of the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His field of expertise is building physics with special reference to moisture and heat in building façades, and he has conducted research in indoor air quality associated with weatherization. Rose currently directs facility planning for the Weatherization Training Center under a grant from the US Department of Energy, and is a trainer in building energy efficiency as well as developer of a building science curriculum.
