GIANY Meets GreeceGSD
GIANY (Greek Institute for Architects in New York) was established with the purpose of bringing together the Greek Architects that live and practice in New York. Through lectures, panel discussions, exhibitions and social events, GIANY plays leading role within the Greek architectural community in New York as a platform for sharing ideas, strengthening its members’ professional voices and acting as a social initiative. GIANY is a self-managed organization, financially viable through the support of sponsors. Founded in December 2013 the organization currently has 50 members. This event will be a presentation and round table discussion regarding GIANY as a collective initiative, and the role and importance of such initiatives for young architects and professionals.
