This event addresses the ambitions of the thesis by means of examples (case studies) to foster awareness of the institutional culture of thesis in the intermediate durée. Each invited speaker will discuss the role of the thesis and the role the thesis has played (or not) in their subsequent career. Moderated by Edward Eigen, associate professor of architecture and landscape architecture; with Wes Jones, MArch ’84, Jones Partners Architects; Eric Bunge, MArch II ’96, nARCHITECTS/adjunct assistant professor, Columbia University GSAPP; and Gia Wolff, MArch ’08, New York.
